I work on the part of the product users never see.
I design multi-tenant backend systems — APIs, data models, queues, search, and the AWS/Postgres layer under the product.
I own the backend architecture for a NestJS/PostgreSQL platform replacing a 20-year grant and housing-compliance system used by 24 California cities and counties, I have tuned talent search over a 4 TB JSON corpus in Elasticsearch, and I shipped tax-filing tooling that lifted ITR filings 18%. I am currently Software Development Engineer II at Shuru. I also take a small number of contract engagements.
